I just make the card pin code the same as the numerical portion of their address.The other benefit is that deposits into accounts are time stamped.

From there I could scrub the list removing all LLC, company names, foreclosure(properties with bank names). and all I have to pay for is stamps, envolopes, printing paper.you should also make sure you follow up with them. post cards are good option since they are in expensive for the quantity you can buy through sites like vistaprint.com

If not then the court will rubber stamp the eviction and you can get the marshalls to get them out.This is what I would do but your mileage may vary according to Cali law.

Try not to view more than 4 in one day.When you take pictures, if your camera numbers them, when you download them, look for the gaps in the time stamps as to where one property begins and one ends.
