Did it ourselves, I bought great looking Kitchen table and dining room table and patio table sets for SUPER CHEEP and spray painted the one set, Sold it all on craigslist after we had offer and made more money than what I paid for it.Also did same with sofa love seat for Living room. a couple of small side tables and moved and shot room from different angles moving lights and tables. and then reset furniture in the family room. and took photo's there.

I own bed bug heat treatment equipment and recommend that you negotiate the price based off heat treatment as opposed to spray.

The BIN is about 3x more expensive but it if seals the urine better I'll gladly pay the extra cost.3) Should I spray the primer on the lower level concrete floor also or does concrete not soak up the urine?

I also had the exterior of the home sprayed by a professional but those little suckers will appear out of nowhere like a ghost on a rare occasion.
