Bragg is there and I rent by the room to soldiers and get a premium on cash flow.

I did 11-years and my portfolio mainly exists in GA and FL and I rent exclusively to Active-Duty Soldiers.  

There is no future massive influx of soldiers and therefore no true growth because there are no other industries in the area.

A full blown war in the Modern era would likely not yield good results any where.As a side note- Soldiers who would get deployed that are single and renting would lead to a spike in vacancies.

Great Account Closed , if I really didn't care about RE and those dealing in it, including you,  I wouldn't have said anything, while my style or methods of pointing out matters may be much like yanking a soldier to the ground out of the line of fire, not only is the soldier saved but they will remember as well as others which is more important.

You need a moat, drawbridge, high walls, parapets, soldiers, an inner keep and more.

Area's like Prattville, Admirals Hill and Soldiers home are the safest areas with a good amount of multifamily homes. 

WELL....I just got my first two leads from Soldiers who are definitely selling their houses because they have to leave the state.

I'd hold off on the eviction unless you know he's not covered by the Soldiers and Sailors Relief act....
