But watch out for window units.

A small chip in the bathtub and that’s a fail, window doesn’t open good enough that’s a fail, bedroom door lock doesn’t lock properly that’s a fail.

Needless to say she did well.During that window I was serving in the military and did not believe I could invest.

I learned how to handle minor house projects while husband was working, saved tons off hiring people for minor but labor intensive projects like painting, window screening, changing locks, etc.

If the investor is paying cash then it could be more negotiable.If the investor is a developer this is probably all out the window.
