When they're this low, I suspect the current management is skimping somewhere, and you have lingering problems to clean up.Even if the NOI really is $185K, 2.275 mil is too high.

But a few key things that are probably global are the following: > Take GREAT pictures, do not skimp on professional photography as they sell your home online> Make sure you always put yourself in the guests shoes and are empathetic to the fact that it's their special vacation time as if it was yours and therefore prepare, maintain and communicate with the guest with that in mind at all times.

(That would be a workable deal)I don't specialize in the east side but I'm a full-time landlord/investor who just happens to be Property Manager (in my area and for select owner personalities...we don't skimp on the tenant strictness or holding our owners to owning safe, well-maintained houses.) and I am a realtor in my free time.
