None of these are necessarily a one size fits all.

So that's who cares, anyone and everyone who has any stake of any size in BP and the content we have lent to BP, our reputations. 

The lot itself is approximately 6800 sf in size.

Now the rents have skyrocketed over the past year and we find we could be renting to a regular sized family for about $200 less than what we get now!

There are larger databases (Co-Star) that have information on larger properties, but I'm personally interested in small to mid-sized multifamily.  

There have been some famous scientific studies that showed people were far more likely to want someone else knocked down to size than for themselves to be lifted higher if they perceived a situation was unfair.
