K1's were distributed with the cost segregation and 100% bonus depreciation allowed in 2022 which helped offset other taxes, so that was nice.

Hello BP STR experts, If I buy land first for constructing/manufacturing home, can I then claim bonus depreciation for such a constructed/manufactured home and use that calculated depreciation amount to offset my W2?

@Will Mejia if you reinvest prior to the end of the calendar year into the right type of property where bonus depreciation is taken, you may be able to reduce your tax exposure partially or completely.
