I've recently heard that this area is lucrative, & for that reason, those that understand this side of the business do not want to discuss it.Does anyone that understands the "ins & outs" of this topic wish to shed some light on how it's most lucrativly done?

There are far more real estate millionaires that started with nothing, than corporate millionaires that started with nothing.I like that you dont need a college education, you dont need to have the highest GPA, you can make it in real estate if you were raised by wolves under the shed in the back yard.

I have bought lawnmowers, build sheds, supplied clippers, bags, and everything you can imagine including HD gift cards to get necessary items, and NO tenant has EVER lifted a finger.

Another idea I had was to take four heavy-duty greentreated beams, erect them into the ground, and build a small 8'x10' structure on top of them that I could live in.Wooden shed - you know how you can buy those wood shed kits (like this) at Menards, Home Depot, etc.?
