Billboard Investing?

First off, Hello everyone! I enjoy reading this forum, because of my love for Real Estate.

Does anyone do billboarding developing/investing? I do quite abit of traveling for my job, and see several billboards that are consistenly occupied. Surely, billboards wouldn't cost that much to build, and surely it wouldn't cost too much to rent land from a land owner. And it seems as if there is a demand for such structures.

If anyone could shed some light on this topic, I would greatly appreciate it!
