If you look at the Google Maps satellite view, you can see that Kyle is basically connected to Austin now, via IH-35. 

Most prefer a dish washer.

Then you have the rest of that set to distribute to other units as pieces get destroyed.I try and do the same thing with all the dishes, silverware, sheets, towels, etc.

One of my biggest problems is some of my properties still don't have fiber or high speed internet and our only option is satellite.

@Christopher Fordinal  You should add cable/satellite and internet to your monthly expenses. 

Desirable properties in good locations will always rent.This is one of the things I always tell locals who are thinking about investing in satellite areas well outside Pgh in western PA, usually next to a factory or mill in a one-employer town way out in the sticks.

If they do deal with RE, they may (probably will) dish it off to Global Banking Group.

For a dish/clothes washer, operated one short cycle with vinegar only.It's well known that a refirg should be stored with the door ajar.

Things like coffee, tea, bottled water (our tap water is really hard and tastes gross), as well as items like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, etc. 

They have great furniture/dishes/linens/garbage cans etc for really cheap!
