Everything I know about economics tells me the US is going to be in a world of hurt in the not too distant future with increase in taxes to pay for entitlement, increase in borrowing to pay for deficits, increase in inflation, decrease in the value of the dollar due to competitiveness, loss of income generating workers due to robotics and AI. 

Also, some of the stuff you've gotten to do with robotics looks amazing.

Hovila or is it...Hughes :wink: ...I, along with the OP MikeOH I think, would like to understand how it is that Edmonton has such a higher ROI on real estate investments than every large market in the states.This guy who is managing your units for 1% of gross rents must but nuts, or the people that live in your units must be robots, is he a partner?

Usually somewhere there is a place for site submittal projects and zoning in process hearings.You can get contacts of attorneys and buyers who are developers doing projects there or have completed them in the past.

Some people who waited until the last minute to submit their claim have received their check, and early submitters have not.

A good agent is more than just a robot that enters information in the MLS.

The tenant feels comfortable knowing who owns the property they live in, who is taking care of them, and they have that  stability.Do you like talking to a robot machine or someone who knows nothing about the product you are using when you have to call someone regarding your business dealings?
