Can anyone recommend a resource that will give me a "road map" from start to finish? 

I have pivoted everything I am absorbing (podcasts, books, folks I reach out to to connect) towards this sector of REI and have a written road map with my business partner on how we are going to get there and the forecasted steps that need to be taken.

One big thing is we want to walk out our house and either see mountains or be close.Obviously we aren't buying right now, BUT we want to get an idea of area's we could move to, kind of financing we could utilize and really figure out the road map so when the time comes, we talk to an all star realtor and find the perfect purchase for that moment. 

I am continually developing my business plan and roadmap to set targets for myself.

You know where you want to get to but have no road map to get you there.

Hi @Khai Brown, Welcome to BP, and well the first thing i would get into doing would be to learn all that you can, dive into the education tab above^ and find your desired path, your goals, your interests and build your knowledge on that, now you will not know everything but arming yourself with knowledge is a good start, build a plan write things down, sort of like a road map to get where you want to be, nurse your credit if you can. 

Better to outsource those functions until your consultant fees exceed the cost of salaries for equally qualified employees (a pretty high bar).You have a great roadmap, just be open to tweaking it as you learn what works and what doesn't.
