Seems like tenants forget to retrieve the attic items when they move out or outright put stuff there that doesn't fit in the truck. 

I am planning on giving them access tomorrow to retrieve their items.

Why bother with the webinar if there is no valid sample with the access code they provide.Not to mention, they give you a three day window to retrieve any redundant or your money back.To me, they are not just proud of their software, but it seems they are trying to retrieve as much money up front as possible.

These reps are not helpful My informed delivery show March 5 the check was in my mailbox but when I went to retrieve my mail The check was not in there so I have been back-and-forth to the mailbox hoping it will be in there and still nothing I have went to the post office they are not helpful I am calling the call center for the rent relief everybody I spoke with told me something different I spoke with someone today and she told me that The said payment center traced my check they don’t know why it showed up in my informed delivery and that when you have been paid the portal will change to paid but some people have told me theirs indeed did not change and they received their check with it saying batched and that’s what mine say batched 

there are some apps that you can use as well. one is called ez-inspector and I cannot recall the others but if you maybe do a search you will find some apps that you can use that will make your life easier, keep electronic, keep it on the cloud makes it simple easy to retrieve for any future need

If I go to a bank and say I have a loan out with this specific individual will I be able to retrieve a loan from the bank (with the right credit, Debt to Income Ratio, etc.) that will assume the rest of the loan from the initial seller financing lender?

Once the process starts this information is public knowledge meaning it can be retrieved via your states court records which most will be available online other you may have to make a trip to the courthouse.  

ALL, this is in Puerto Rico. there will never be a manned gate or they change how they do business. this would be ok if there was a pedestrian gate, so they can punch in and get the transmitter from the condo, but they don't. we have asked to put a concrete piller out front, where there can be a lockbox or some way to retrieve the transmitter. i was hoping someone came up with a cool solution to this. i know i am not the only one that has come across this before.
