Also if you have any cracks or holes try using Fastplug. if you have a crack chissel the crack a little so it resembles a small trench and them seal it back up with Fastplug. watch out though you mush work fast because Fastplug drys extremely fast. good luck!!

A commuter from Hagerstown to DC would  have to drive to Frederick, catch the train into town and then metro everywhere.It's harder to rent up there and rents in Hagerstown more closely resemble Baltimore rents vs DC. 

It was designed to resemble clock tower because I like doing different.

Id agree with checking AirDna as at least a starting point, you can draw a neighborhood that most closely resembles the STR you are looking to buy and then narrow down the bed/bath counts too.
