Hello All, Historically we don't have many Dupage or Kane County evictions and when we do we have our city attorney treck out to Dupage or Kane as needed but we are taking over some landlord rescue properties where I know we will need to at least file for 5 or 6 residents in the next few months and want someone local and familiar with Dupage and Kane County courts.

I've never seen a dog that didn't bark when someone knocked. lolI have 4 dogs (3 are rescues) so I have a soft spot for people who want to adopt a dog instead of buy one from a pet store.

For sure you would need a release of your lease to the seller and a hold harmless etc.. other wise your going to be just like these kids I rescued in Oregon who did about 40 of these and when the end lessors started to fail and they will .. it was a house of cards and the sellers were very upset and started filing complaints at the AGs and suing these guys.. lucky for them a good number of them had pretty good equity so I just cashed the seller out and took it all over..
