I will still, for sure, invest OOS, I just need to regroup, and be SUPER~CAREFUL when doing so. 

It feels like I need to regroup, define more specifically what I want and go back to getting bids.

As this has already submitted and the lines are drawn, it is much more difficult to be regroup and still be successful.

The info they give you on their blogs and their free audio seminars is 99% of what you get in their expensive courses.Join your local RE group.

And hey, when I started, I didn't know the basics either, I found out later on that to succeed I had to back up, regroup, actually get an education and approach real estate from an entrepreneurial stand point.

At the end of the day integrity, trust and a solid business model is what's needed for any RE group to do well long term.  

I've done a few deals now, educated myself more, and now am regrouping for my next move.

Spent a few months regrouping and getting back to data mining.

Re-group and attack when you are organized.

I would recommend creating a Facebook page for your business, filling it with helpful content & info about what you are doing, and sharing this in RE groups on Facebook to help build traction/followers.If I can be of any help feel free to DM me
