When I leave Decatur for a couple of days and return I get that refreshing order I become accustomed too here in town (old burning tires and other smells lol).I have a pretty good grasp on the market here in town as well as the small surrounding areas.

The project list includes replacing the kitchen counter-top, repaint kitchen cabinets and a bathroom refresh (i.e. replace the vanity, mirror, lighting, clean grout on wall tiles and new epoxy coating of the existing tub). 

However, they are not always full weekend workshops and you don't get recordings or refreshers on the classes. 

I'm about to write about the subject and I just wanted to refresh my memory to try to give the most honest and even assessment on the subject.

I may need to put $20K upfront to refresh the house.

5-10 Craigslist ads per property and refresh them throughout day.

Although I only joined the site a short time ago, it is refreshing to see so many smart people willing to share ideas, experiences and information with others.  

Might consider a refresher of current legal requirements before we get into folklore of transactions.

Yeah I've noticed with mine that it registers the vote but doesn't refresh it automatically like it used to.
