Our proximity also provides a level of reduced anxiety when a tropical storm jumps into the gulf.We could give up the management (and someday, likely will) to a local management company but we would also be giving up the management fee which is ~20% (of gross) on average.  

After reading How to Win Friends and Influence People, it’s been really interesting to see the recurring theme that people love to tell their story and when they feel heard, they open up and are willing to help others.

Current cleaner is small/medium in size and although I haven't had any disastrous experiences, there are recurring complaints from guests that need to be corrected.

Still others, experiencing analysis paralysis,  need to overcome fear, anxiety, and hesitancy to even jump into that first deal.

She's a rescue and has separation anxiety.

Yesterday he came with a pet dog who’s about a month old into my building and into his room… when I told him that we cannot have pets in the building he said that it’s not a pet, it’s a service dog that he MUST have because of his anxiety issues and that I’m not legally allowed to question him about it nor deny him access..I’ve asked him for documentations stating this and he said I’m not allowed to ask for it either…What am I supposed to do here in this situation 

I still think I overpaid but the anxiety the last couple months was worth it
