First successful Brrrr deal
After months of stress and obvious doubt, got every last dime back I put into this property. Bought it in November last year for 72k cash, and did most of the work myself because I thought I overpaid and wanted to save cost. 5 months of rehab I was in just under 90k. Appraised for 153k and got back 90k from the bank. Rents for 1250 with a 580 mortgage. I still think I overpaid but the anxiety the last couple months was worth it
