Payment plan started with Propel Tax Service by Heirs, but they do not want to keep paying. 2 cooperative Heirs are ok with Deeding Interest, 3rd Heir still uncooperative, just doesnt want anything to do or be done with or about anything. 

Up to you, if paying off the 41 doors propels you to reach your freedom number and you have no desire to scale you can stop there. 

Although I haven't pulled the trigger on any yet a couple keep coming up - Investor Carrot and Lead Propeller.  

It's hard w/that much cash to sit idle while you are planning and educating yourself, but better to measure twice and cut once if you know what I mean.Wish you the best and leverage BP, local MF meetups, mentors and coaches to propel you ahead.

It just propelled me forward quicker.In 2015 before the program I flipped 3 houses for a total gain of 17k among all of them.In 2016 while in the program I flipped 6 houses and did 1 seller finance deal for a total gain of 95k.
