No I couldn't in good conscious even consider doing that if it were real and I was in the same situation.I have moral standards I live by money is one thing life is however more precious.

If you have a longer time horizon, maybe land.Also buy some precious metals stored outside of the US.

Some buyers only consider deals that are so low in cost, they leave precious little room for myself as the wholesaler, if any.

Most confuse hard assets with only precious metals and jewels, the truth simply couldn't be more distant from that belief.

Renters will not take care of it anyway, it is a rental.Clean it, spruce it up, drop the rent, don't waste precious cash.

If it isn't...then you'll save yourself precious time.In my short life as an investor, I've learn (please, correct me if I'm wrong) that you'll need the terms of the underlying loan, if any (years left, PITI, type of loan), the average price for similar rentals in the area(also what they are renting it for) and if there is any HOA with restrictions for rentals.Good luck!

Right now, it's a mix of private lending (via LendingClub) and precious metals/energy juniors (stocks).

Make them feel vulnerable, weak and in need of the media's precious guidance.

I certainly don't want to waste anyone's precious time on the telephone, and I absolutely want to instill both confidence and trust with all of the sellers I reach out to.Can anyone please help me put together a list of questions that I would want to make sure to ask sellers when I get them on the phone?
