When it comes to putting your STR on VRBO/AirBnB do you know what licensing I will need?

Online lender = garbage.if you want to make strong offers, get a stron lender.

Or should I keep one str on its current regular depreciation schedule and cost seg just the 2022 purchase.

I'm closing on a STR on 12/6 ( trying to do the W2 write-off).Also, I was listening to this podcast as well at 22:55, he alludes to switching from STR to MTR after 3.5 months.

Right now the restrictions aren't too bad but it's an important time to have your STR on the books (even if you think you might want to have one) in case they do caps or other limitations in the future. 

@Pat Chamara I live in MA and have owned and managed a STR on Cape Cod for past 8 years.

My model would be to create a "ranch" of tiny/small cabins to STR on a property that would have a main "lodge" as well. 

Mainly because the off-season would be pretty slow for a STR on a lake (mid-west winters…) but I think summers would do really well.
