I was floored.We bought the tenant a portable washer that hooks up to the kitchen sink and a compact vent box dryer.This property is not worth that big of an investment for the convenience of washer and dryer out of the basement.

Heck, just take your IPAD or Surface pro 2 Computer with you and it's portable.  

I have never experienced a month-to-month section 8 portable voucher. 

This may involve adding ductwork, installing a separate HVAC unit, or using portable heating and cooling units.

They make nice looking containers that are designed to be portable self storage also.  

They also may try to heat the home with portable kerosene heaters or firewood, another fire hazard.

Also, portable AC units and window units jack up your utility bill in the summer, and those can sometimes fry the outlets since they draw a ton of power compared to central AC.
