Houston is such a huge city with so many different pockets of neighborhoods, I am not sure how to pinpoint an area.

I've racked my brain and can't think of a way to specifically pinpoint completed rehab projects in a given area.I'm currently using the MLS to find every All-Cash transaction in my area in 2016 (which I thought would produce a list of rehabs) but it is giving me a lot of of owner occupieds and apparent buy and holds (based on listing pictures being nice, finished homes).

Your question is fairly loaded as there are SO MANY GR8 books out there that it is tough to pin point which is the best.
