@Phyllis Effah I don't know if they'll look down on you, but it's a hurdle you have to overcome.

Look up adverse possession in your state. 

Which is QT after 3 year of adverse position and a tax deed and that time can burn off while you only have a tax certificate.

How did you overcome some of the challenges or reno and finding the right tenants?

To overcome the lack of financials without going to a private lender for the down payment and closing costs, I plan on wholesaling.

If your act of disclosing the information adversely effected the party for whom you agreed to hold confidential information for, that party could legally seek damages. 

So for anyone who has made this change before, with a wife and a newborn, I would love to hear some of the challenges you experienced and how you were able to overcome those challenges to achieve your dreams.  

The notion that low rates will prevail long term seems based on the view that market forces can be overcome by Fed policy alone, which they can't, at least not naturally.
