Real Estate Wholesaling Newbie - Business card samples

Hello BP community,

I have been doing a lot of studying via podcasts, youtube, BP and books for the past 2-3 months. I have come to the conclusion that I will invest in rental properties for cash flow in order to own my time in the years to come. I live in NYC and have little capital to start with and aspire to have my first investment deal to be a triplex or quadplex through an FHA loan. To overcome the lack of financials without going to a private lender for the down payment and closing costs, I plan on wholesaling. I am using vistaprint.com to create my first business cards but definitely would like to see some samples from all of you as a reference. I would greatly appreciate if you reply with an image of your card.
