So i put in an offer for 10% down conventional loan, $530,000 with 10k back to me for closing costs and it was accepted right away.

I they accepted an offer of $118K from my brother but since he couldn't get the loan, we're starting over.

I feel this gives me the flexibility to find the right solution for my client and not just sell what my bank offers.
