Once the property is ready for occupancy, the main thing is to find reliable cleaning crew and a handyman, and at a good price (though in NG), but if these things align, the management is not bad.

@Anh Nguyen Often times the lender will provide a letter stating that you are through their underwriting process and they need a few days to get their loan docs drawn.
