Anyways I am 24 Years old and my step mother Passed away April of 2017 she owns 1 Acre of Property (that I'm still currently living on) so since she passed I've been paying the Taxes on it to keep them from going Delinquent...

They are two college students but the mother is a co-signer.

So my mother recently passed and she invested several hundred thousand in a friends business and he was paying her a yearly return at 10%.

Mine was Mother , wife and kids.

Sadly in most of south america were I am from (venezuela) you are expected to help family you know take care of your parents when they are old (thing Inagree with) but when they actually need not when they are rellatevely young (50-60) and still are able to work.But again the problem is that my father hasnt been able to find a job, my mother doesn not know english and her health condition doesnt help right know.

A few months later my wife's mother and sister moved in with us.

They had maybe two steady goody-two-shoes mother-may-I girlfriends through high school and college before they got married and were cheating on their wives two years after that with the first scheming homewrecker that crossed their path.That's not a price for early wealth-building I would be willing to accept, given the compelling data that exists on the subject.
