They have very few parking spaces and their patrons are leaving due to inadequate parking or the horrid way it looks when they arrive in the morning and clean up takes far too many hours each day.

Chasing year 1 yield and CoC is getting people to buy the bait.But the reason I was posting--I've had 4 deals come to me this morning.

Now I see other deals I want to pursue but I'm anxious that my W2 can't sustain paying the out of pocket closing costs for the number of deals that I really want to do.

The seller is not desperate but certainly anxious to sell this home because they have found a larger home they'd like to buy.For the deal to work I would need to get the property sub-to which the seller is willing to do but neither of us are sure about the fact that the loan is a VA loan.

I spoke with them this morning and asked about this in several different ways - no such benefits are permitted to dependents unless the dependents are veterans themselves.
