Renting single family's doesn't melt my butter like a multi-family would but I do feel there is potential with this considering there's 3 universities near me.We could quick-turn it for under 20k in 3 months and might be able to flip it if the market is still rockin'.

Probly melting snow and and spring rains cause a damp or flooded basement.

This week I replaced a completely melted dishwasher and another with water pouring out of it from no discernible spot. 

However, the melt-off doesn't just magically disappear. 

This sounds logical: You know that you're eating too many calories, and moving at least a little bit more couldn't hurt either...Unfortunately, the "eat less, move more" advice forgets to take one fundamental question into account: 'Why are you eating too many calories in the first place?'

Example: I want to lose 30 pounds in 90 days...that means I need to lose 1 pound every three days.. to do that I need to work out 45 minutes per day, track my calories daily and consume no more than 2000 calories per day, ever 3 days I should be 1 pound down4.

Check electrical in the walls, rubber smell can be melting casings, dangerous...     

In one of my houses tenant plowed all the snow right up to the front of the house then as it melted it leaked through the wall and into the bedroom damaging the wall and flooring.

We just launched our first STR and our second guest accidentally melted the siding with the grill.

Solution may be to route the melted water away.
