I work as a musician and would love nothing more than to be able to invest in real estate and have the time to perform music for people.

We were married on Sanibel Island and we're lucky enough to to have our wedding filmed as part of the official Sanibel Island music video with our appearance first @ 4:12 into the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?

I even make a slideshow sent to music for their listing. 

My 23yr old son is graduating from Iowa State in a few months and his church is planting a new church for college kids in Minneapolis this summer and he's going to be helping out with the music program for the startup (unpaid unfortunately).  

Looking forward to learning more, and I plan to replace my Pandora music with BP podcasts while I work.thanks for reading!

Louis's music venues, my sisters lives there and always brags about the great concerts! 

The title of this thread made me think of a musical in the early 60's, "The Music Man", most here probably never saw it, but look it up, it was a big hit.
