New to BP from Columbus Ohio

Hello everyone, I'm currently a student at Ohio State and have taken a keen interest in real estate investing. I work as a musician and would love nothing more than to be able to invest in real estate and have the time to perform music for people. I've been looking into rental properites the most but house flipping also looks like it could be a good niche for me as well. It would be great to hear from some people in the central Ohio area!
