I would never stay in a hotel again except for a couple things.....1) There are no STRs in the area where I want to stay 2) The hotel may have a pool/spa when I'm traveling to a hot area 3) I want a luxury resort type of stay with swim up bars, massages, etc...I travel almost monthly and I find that STRs are still less expensive than hotels.....getting closer to even , but still less expensive...but you still get so much more....a kitchen for sure, close private parking, maybe a yard....as more people realize the inherent advantages of STRs, I think they will become even more popular.....

Massage parlor vs massage therapist?

Ill strive to keep this short & sweet.Currently, I am in my final year of physical therapy school and will be graduating this August with student loans.

However, he would like to do "Body Work" or what I assume to be massage or some sort of physical therapy out of our house.

Till then, .. till I am so friggin filthy rich I will call good people, "the help" and I can afford for a few little people to massage all my extremities at the same time  and I do mean all extremities (eeeewww) I will continue to hustle my butt off till I am seriously DONE!

I'm on path to start a three semester physical therapy assistant program this May.

Both tenants have 5-yr extensions and one has very favorable rates (nearly 50% below market NNN rates and is on gross terms).Secondly, is there anything to do to help massage the very cheap psf tenant closer to market and/or to get them to NN or NNN despite them having an extension option (don't have leases yet so unclear what terms are in there)?

Have a contract on a 10,000 sq ft (main floor) commercial office building with a mix of tenants such as dentists, massage therapists, insurance agent, and real estate company.

The first one in mind is a reasonably priced SFH zoned commercial with room for the front half to become work area for her massage therapy clients.
