I’m definitely looking into areas where it’s always a first pick for expats by default.

Make no mistake it isn’t quick or especially comfortable but it can definitely be profitable.As for the rent a room thing in most locales I have to wonder if the additional rent is worth the hassles of dealing with the increased time and liability of multiple tenants in one property but that’s a totally different conversation. 

Our firm is planning on starting a Portal (legal term) next year on our roadmap because with $5M as the new threshold this really can move the needle for certain projects and sponsors.

I find it hard to believe that there were no signs of any friction or issues that could have been uncovered in the years leading up to the legal split.
