After lecturing them about how ridiculous that was, I dropped them on that same phone call.Something to note: A conventional mortgage will have a clause stating you cannot operate an STR with your property, and you cannot drop your original policy until you hit the 20-25% equity benchmark in your loan or amortization schedule.

I wouldn't say you won't gain anything from going to school, but if you're as driven as you make yourself out to be, you can pick up all the knowledge in the world without professors lecturing in the front of the classroom.

At that point, the landlords case is in trouble.Tenants forget to send certified letters with their complaints and so the complaint is thrown out.I remember this from a lecture that I attended from our local judge who does evictions, but the specific legal framework I'd have to ask my wife who isn't around at the moment.
