INSURANCE Advice for Airbnb and other Short Term/Vacation Rentals

Hello,

I'm just wondering if there are any experienced Airbnb or other (VRBO, etc) short term/vacation rental owners out there who can give some advice and suggestions about who to go to for insurance and what to look for.

We have a house that we completed the rehab on with REIGuard renovation insurance, but now that it's completed and converted to an Airbnb rental, they don't seem to have a go-to policy for it.  It's not vacant, or a traditional lease, and not owner-occupied.

Airbnb has a one-million dollar protection plan that "acts as the first line of insurance for anything relating to an Airbnb stay, including property damage and liability." But what about the days in between bookings?

Thanks in advance for help...I am looking for actual recommendations and company names if you have any. :)
