Hi @Walter Fabiszewski.The tools are available on an android app, but not on iOS app right now.They are available on your mobile device if you access the site through your mobile browser regardless of device.And you can find all of them on the site.The calculators have 5 calculations for free, and then you must upgrade to Pro for unlimited uses.

If they can go that high you may be looking at a portfolio loan where it's a Fixed term 5/ ARM I/O and the rate is above 5% with a 1/2/3 year prepayment penalty.
