Thank you Get the entire house treated and have the pest removal company write something up stating where the infestation came from (downstairs unit) then bill the downstairs tenants for the entire cost of pest control.

Brokers may not even present your future offers to their sellers.Brokers will be a bit more forgiving if there are things you could not have known from a property tour (e.g. it has a termite infestation) or things the owner was hiding from you (e.g. they didn't show you the unit that was gutted to the studs).
