This implies a cash neutral purchase of a SFR from 3 years ago would have nearly $500 positive cash flow today.  

He didn't flat out say it wasn't a good fit but implied that he would focus his efforts elsewhere if I'm going to be working with multiple lenders.

For the record, I am not at all implying that anyone on this thread lacks knowledge, I am simply relaying that it is not all "doom and gloom" like some others try to make it out to be.

Thank you, MV Sounds like you are going through some sort of "guru" training, and the trainer is not familiar with terminology and procedures local to you.

Also IMO any business should be scalable and setup so you can eventually step away and let it run itself without your involvement, so an eponymous name is a poor choice in that regard because the name implies the company will never grow bigger than you.

My reference to Class C implied a construction that provided affordable yet comfortable housing - so devoid of any high-end amenities.
