No job and just about every dime I make comes from something to do with a house or building other than an occasional car or horse deal I do, LOL!

Basically they are stalling.

One caveat is that the current owners (the defaulted borrowers) may have already exhausted most of the "stalling tactics" that occur in pre-foreclosure, to the point where the lender / servicer is going to foreclose on a certain date regardless of whether a short sale attempt is in progress.

The horse has left the barn!

I have a home which will be furnished, will have cable, will have wifi, pool table, TVs, free access to walk about a nearly 40 acre estate (horses allowed/archery hunting allowed), city park with walking paths, playground, skateboard park, soccer fields, brand new recreation center (all within walking distance).

Time to dust yourself off, get back on your horse and get another tenant in there.Lesson learned, don't accepted partial deposits or rents.

There is no parking stall included in the deed...the lobby and the parking lot are owned by the master owner.

But the cart shouldn't go before the horse :)

Whenever you put the cart before the horse, you will end up just like the “investor” who needs to sell ASAP.

It's almost like a 1031 but it's like putting the cart before the horse in the typical sell-buy scheme of things.Thanks in advance for your patience with my basic questions.
