Land Contract coversion to our loan

'Hello BP, first time caller.. I have a Land Contract that is up in March. Looking to refi,Credit Union says I need a "Deed In Fullfillment Of Land Contract" is this something I can do, or do I have to get a lawyer involved? This is our first Land Contract conversion. We had a Lawyer draw up the land contract, and it is registered with Clerk of Courts. Any help would be great, I love this site.
