Dallas, IMO, is stronger than both Houston and Austin from an economic viewpoint which should have higher consideration when investing from out of area.Memphis - 17th largest MSA in the country with strong financial ground work and consistently ranked as one of the most affordable cities in the U.S.

You can begin to lay the groundwork for the expectations of your tenants, and get a pretty good feel from that initial discussion whether they are a good fit.Also, regarding setting up showings, I would recommend you setup a rental open house.
