Tenant shall not make any repairs alterations or improvements in or about the Premises including painting wallpapering adding or changing locks installing antenna or satellite dishes placing signs displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices.I wouldn't have minded the swing so much if the tenant hadn't already demonstrated in the past that he is quite savvy with the lease when I had requested that he provide receipts for maintenance items that the lease specified that the renter is required to take care of. 

This tenant exhibited some peculiar behaviors than my previous tenants as they took many things for granted .

For instance, I usually ask for access and keys, restate in plain language the one contingency I use (Inspection) and label it "Exhibit 1" Every State's contract I've seen has a paragraph for "Special Provisions".  

Whereas most of the competition would have a single page contract with no exhibits/attachments at all.We would agree that clarity is the key to success in all things.

This aspect of real estate is exhibited by the real estate market itself and rising real estate values across the continuum over time.Now let’s talk about the disadvantages of using conventional bank financing:-Burdening your investment property up to the maximum LTV ratio-Difficult approval process with any bank loan coupled with appraisals and costs-Credit reporting consequences for future loans thereby lowering leverage-Inflexible repayment terms for minimum payments and penalties for nonpayment-The bank can “call the loan” due and payable at any time, for any reasonLet’s talk about Burdensome real estate property as leverage with additional bank debt in order to obtain a new opportunity and how this is not idyllic for several reasons.

I use the TREC contract and non-promulgated addenda, exhibits, etc. on my sub-to's.

Both MoMA and Guggenheim had apps you could download and use for info on the exhibits and paintings.
