Williamson County is exploding!!

Just curious how Covid has impacted prices.Lead times for work have exploded but prices haven't gone up at the same rate.In CincinnatiGeneral labor is probably 40-50/hrPlumbing is 125 And electricians can charge 200+/hrThis represents the cost of everything except materials.

If you share your experience and attract producing agents, you will explode your earnings. 

For a few years had a few hundred doors I cared for with a small Boutique PM company locally where I ran the entire operation prior to parting ways with my partner to join the then 2-year-old company Mynd, who's since exploded in growth.

We could very well have situations where new housing is being built but prices are falling rapidly (just like condo developments towards the end of real estate cycles).As for the rest of this thread, I don't see San Francisco exploding.

Lodon seems to be a pretty good market to do some rental investments, since the market has not exploded like it had with Toronto real estate.

I already replaced the one on the other side of the carport a few months ago as she called me and said those old lights wouldn't go off and they exploded on her.

Houston is a great market and its cool because you are close to several other major cities like Dallas and San Antonio which are all exploding as well. 

Some people have 401k's, I'm more comfortable with equity and steady income.for anybody that doesn't know Augusta Ga is exploding right now. there is already a military base there and they are building a waterpark near by. sorry about the bad grammar but I'm typing this on my lunch break and have got to run.

Running it as vacation rental, which gives us a very decent return since tourist numbers here are exploding.
