Anyway, the creator and promotor of this strategy had to endure years in tax court, but eventually it resulted in a somewhat favorable outcome. 

If you can endure rejection and conquer your fear, then I imagine you're on the right path.

I have to admit that the house does get really cold, but I'm able to endure it if I wear a jacket and fleece pants, but I know that my comfort level is different from others. 

It's easy to see why communities have a bad taste in their mouth with developers and slot homes when that's what they endure.  

LLC's are used to reduce risk overall, such as a lawsuit from from a specific property, but all you need is to get a million dollar umbrella policy in case you endure issues and you are sued.
