I'd ask your photographer to crop that out / edit appropriately. - Do a small price drop, nothing drastic, to refresh the MLS and show buyers you are serious about selling.

I don't know if you have your lease in editable form, but you may want to talk to your lawyer about slightly modifying the Waiver of Notice language.

They know exactly where to look to edit when lots of people are clicking on your “call to action” but not submitting up their info.
