The fact is that there could be a problem with the sewer line that would show no symptoms at all, and the only way to diagnose it is a sewer scope.

Basically you self diagnosed and say you needed one, then you get a letter rubber stamped by a professional.

Electrician is recommended to diagnose and repair.
