The technical permissibility of the transfer aside, as others have stated, it pretty worthless to you in the context you described. 

What you are describing is using private money to fund your deals.

And of course the sellers did exactly what your describing got lawyers  filed complaints with the AG which ( as someone who went through that ) I can tell you is no fun at all..

All of these describe a type of ownership, and not a building style.

I used the process described above and that apartment still smells brand new today.
