Found out one of mine died and went to Jefferson county and tried to ask/plead for them to void the sale and was told that they don't void them for that reason because the person has heirs.Also tried to get it voided on another property & that request was denied.

Just deny them and move on. 

The police advised to file a protective order, which was denied because Judge said it needed to be filed as an eviction. 

A few law passed this year that adds immigration status as a protected class so you can not deny them solely based on their status.

I have had instances where people where trying to claim cleaning issues but my cleaner takes photos with time stamps on them and I sent that to airbnb and they denied the guests claim since the guest purposely tried to create a "cleaning issue" .

It's easier to enter a real estate office and learn the terminology there then switch when you can show you have skills to offer.A mortgage lender is going to pay $11000 for every loan you start no matter if it's denied or they shop rates.

If you have been denied before get a secured credit card. 

And of course, both tenants deny ever putting anything down the drains.
